What Sets Us Apart

At Brightwater, we foster a strong sense of Community. We encourage our students, boarders and their families to get actively involved in activities beyond simply attending lessons -- activities like Shows, Family Fun Nights and our Annual Awards Banquet. Several parents have become involved in the sport themselves and are learning to ride alongside their children!

We have a strong contingent of adult beginner and novice riders, many of whom actively compete. Whether you're a seasoned rider, completely new to the sport, or simply re-kindling your love of riding, we offer an environment where you'll find like-minded people and a friendly, supportive atmosphere.

We are also proud to be an accredited member of the
Ontario Equestrian Federation Horse Facilities Council,
which establishes, upholds and recognizes the accepted
standard of equine professionals throughout Ontario,
demonstrating Brightwater's commitment to rider safety,
education and animal welfare.

For students, our facility includes a large indoor arena and an outdoor sand ring. We have horses suitable for riders of all abilities -- from novice, recreation riders to those ready for the 'A' Circuit.
